Terms of Service

By accessing or using DesignerFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, studio, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

DesignerFlow is a software platform for interior design studios and related creative workflows. Features may include workspace accounts, project structure, room organization, sourcing workflows, documents, renderings, supplier management, quote preparation, collaboration, and billing-related controls.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to abuse, fraud, security threats, or material breaches of these Terms.

Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite or add to a workspace, including teammates, collaborators, clients, and vendors. The workspace owner is also responsible for deciding what information is entered into the service and whether invited users should have access to a workspace.

Access controls may vary depending on plan, role, or available features. Some roles may have more limited access than internal studio users.

You retain responsibility for the files, media, text, project data, and other content you upload or enter into the service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to store, process, and share that content through DesignerFlow.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit, and display uploaded content for the purpose of operating the service and its related support functions.

You may not use DesignerFlow to:

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• upload malicious code, harmful files, or abusive content;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service;
• resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform outside the rights expressly granted by us.

Paid access, trials, and subscription billing may be offered through Stripe. Subscription terms, plan limits, billing cycles, and payment method requirements may change over time and may also differ between founder-stage access and later public pricing.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for any taxes or government charges that apply to your purchase.

If payment fails, we may restrict or suspend access until billing is brought back into good standing.

We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

DesignerFlow, including its software, branding, interface, and related materials, is owned by TRIQUETRA KNOT SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights needed to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, workflow ideas, or product improvement notes, we may use them without restriction or payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DesignerFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or legal requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIQUETRA KNOT SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of DesignerFlow.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, or handle prolonged non-payment, abuse, or security issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
